We offer a range of services to those living and working across the Tyneside and Northumberland area designed to protect and support your mental health.

Why we need Resilience – Resilience, which is directly related to wellbeing, is about having the ability to cope with and adapt to new situations. Resilience is important because it can help to protect against the development of mental health challenges. Resilience isn’t just your ability to bounce back, but also your capacity to adapt to challenging or difficult times and situations. Our resilience gets tested daily, some days can be tougher than others. We can help you take the steps and understand the strategies to develop better resilience.

Support – We offer practical and emotional support in a non-judgemental environment. As well as receiving support from staff, you will be given the opportunity to share your feelings and experiences with like-minded people to build confidence, encourage independence and make a positive step on the road to recovery.

Emotional Resilience – We provide a range of support to teach you how to overcome life’s everyday challenges. Techniques will help you to remain in control when coping with difficult thoughts and feelings or facing personal challenges. Sessions provide a mutually supportive environment to help improve your confidence, mental health and general wellbeing.
