It’s important to us that our team feel their best at work; it’s been one of our core business values for the last 25+ years at Gardiner Richardson.
“The leadership training from Mind Tyneside and Northumberland has given us a clearer strategy and approach to supporting wellbeing and positive mental health in our business. We also invested in the resilience training for our whole team which has sparked some valuable conversations in the business. Both sessions left us full of ideas of how we can continue to adapt and improve our support for our team, and reassured us that we have great foundations in place already.
“The training was engaging and practical, and I’d recommend working with Mind Tyneside and Northumberland to any business interested in learning more about mental health and wellbeing at work.
