We provide support to those living in Northumberland, and experiencing mental health challenges, regardless of your diagnosis.
Our Support Line provides a listening ear and mental health and wellbeing information everyday for those aged 16 and over, and living in Gateshead, Newcastle or Northumberland. Call us when you need us. Available weekdays 2pm-10pm and weekends 12pm-8pm.

The Adult Autism Service is available to Northumberland residents waiting on an autism diagnosis – or recently diagnosed. Clients join a 5 week ‘Autism and Me’ course, encouraging individuals to learn about yourself, celebrate your differences and uncover coping strategies to help in your daily life, alongside a dedicated social group to connect with others.

Have you lost a loved one to suicide or traumatic death? We offer compassionate trauma support for children and young people affected by a death of this nature, aged 6 – 24 years (24 – 29 years for those leaving care), across the North East and North Cumbria region. Safe Space groups provide a mix of facilitated group discussion, workshops and activities to help you to learn how to effectively manage your own mental health and get more control over your life. It will give you the opportunity to talk openly and discuss the issues that are important to you without fear of judgment.
Groups are for those who have limited social networks, feel alone or isolated because of your mental ill health and would benefit from learning more effective techniques to improve your health and wellbeing.

Tyneside and Northumberland Mind’s newest support service ‘Wellbeing, Tech & Me’ is an in-person 6-week digital confidence programme, designed to build your confidence, connection, and wellbeing in a digital world. If you’re 16 years of age and over and living in the North East this service could be right for you. Find the closest course to you and reach out for details.

Tyneside & Northumberland Mind provide a dedicated service offering compassionate care and support to those impacted by a recent loss of this nature residing in the Northumberland area, aged 18 years old or over. For more information about our Northumberland Bereavement Support Service click here.

This project supports families living only in North Northumberland where the parents/carers mental health challenges are having an impact on other members of the family unit within the household.
Our team work with each family within the comfort of their home. We do this to help build our relationship we each family member. This allows helps us better understand the challenges of the situation, and then provide the correct support for you, your partner and dependants.

ReVOC comprises of two specialist services, Violence Against the Person Service and Support for Mental Health Service; both dedicated to supporting victims of crime across Northumbria.
