Join the nation’s biggest mental health conversation on 5 February with your local mental health charity!
Time To Talk Day is about getting you talking about mental health. It encourages Brit’s to breakdown barriers around the topic and open up with others. The research shows that talking about our mental health reduces its impact on the person, and can make what may feel like an overwhelming situation feel more manageable.
A conversation can make all the difference and has the power to change lives.
Whether you organise a Time To Talk event, raise awareness with our resources, share the campaign on social media or engage in a conversation with a friend, co-worker or family member-it all counts.
Host a bake sale in your community, organise an office social hour at work, or have an extra special coffee catch up with friends and talk about your mental health. Because we know that with every conversation it gets easier.
We’re here to support you with your campaigning! Our team are on hand to ensure you have every resource you need, including advice and guidance surrounding your planned activities to help you maximise your Time to Talk event!
