5th July: 2.30-3.30pm: Mindfulness for Beginners

Mindfulness is designed to help you deal with day to day difficulties by paying attention to whatever you are doing, right now. It helps you to cope better with day to day emotions or problems and putting you in control of your own mind.

19th July: Physical activity Session

Suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Come and try out some new activities which are not only good for your body but also your mind.

August

9th August: 2.30-3.30pm: Stressbusters

A session where you can be introduced to new ways to help you relax and more effectively manage your stress.

23rd August - Group trip
