After the New Year, we’ve all made our resolutions; banning booze and beginning our diets and routine exercises. But it’s believed that by the third Monday of the year is when we really begin to struggle and doubt ourselves, hence why it’s known as Blue Monday.
You may think that Blue Monday is a real phenomenon at this point, but it’s important that you don’t doubt yourself! Simply put, Blue Monday is a theory invented in a press release in 2005 as part of a marketing campaign using a collection of invalid variables to back up their claims.
