Mindfulness has been the subject of growing attention and interest in recent years, thanks to a rapidly expanding evidence base demonstrating that it can be helpful for many mental and physical health problems, as well as for improving well-being more generally in the work place and in life.
The result of mindfulness training is a better capacity to concentrate in your daily life, to find inner peace within yourself, to reduce anger and create better balance within you, both physically and psychologically. Mindfulness training is also an effective tool for stress and anxiety reduction and can be helpful in preventing depression. Mindfulness is a strong tool when facing high stress situations and relations in your daily life and in your workplace.
