Available to all
We're not just there for people with a diagnosis of mental illness. Whether it's counselling to explore and incident in your life, or a group or course to learn new ways of coping with stress, we can help you deal with challenges before they become a bigger problem and start to affect how you live your life.
Training and courses
We can also provide mental health awareness training, help people stay well at work, and deliver themed courses such as coping with stress, mindfulness or personal development.
