Each member of family will be assessed by the Supporting Families Worker using an EHA and individual support plans will be developed for each family member, which will then inform the whole family plan.
Work with the family will be intensive and sustained, individuals within the family will be seen on a regular basis depending upon need, while a bi-monthly whole family meeting will assist in identifying further actions and build relationships through negotiation and informal mediation.
